This optimized combination of cover softness, thinness and consistency is accomplished by the advanced proprietary Reaction Injection Molding (RIM) process. HEX Aerodynamics HEX Aerodynamics replaces conventional dimples and virtually eliminates the seam, enhancing shot-to-shot consistency and reduces drag for long, efficient ball flight with amazing stability. Sub-HEX Design A new manufacturing technique results in six deep depressions in the surface geometry – Sub-HEX design – creating a thinner, more consistent cover and a precisely centered core for more stability, consistency and a tour-type trajectory.
