Golf USA Internet Return Policy
Golf USA stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having the best
service and support in the industry. That’s why we offer a 100% PURCHASE
PRICE GUARANTEE. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your product
simply return it within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price.
Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and materials.
Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior
to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the
item(s) returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Golf USA reserves the right
to access a restocking charge on all closeout items and items listed with an
* (asterisk), i.e. items not normally stocked. Special Order items and Custom
Orders are not returnable. Manufacturer Warranties still apply to custom and
special ordered items.
If you should need to return an item contact GOLF USA by phone or E-Mail (sales@golfusa.com)
and request a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number. Returned items MUST
have the RGA number written BOLDLY on the box of the returned item. Return shipping
charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when
shipping. All items returned must be in new and unused condition.
CLOSEOUTS, CUSTOM ORDERS, DEMO ITEMS and PERSONALIZED ITEMS are not returnable.
SPECIAL ORDER items that are not regular in stock items are also not returnable.
Please Note: All sales are subject to availability of product from the respective
manufacturer and/or vendor.
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should you have a
problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period GOLF USA will do everything
possible to assist you in taking care of your particular situation.
